Courses are secured by paying a deposit which is non-refundable but transferrable to other courses if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the commencement of the class.
Cancellation from courses less than 7 days before the class commencement will incur the full cost of the course being charged, however in genuine circumstances it may be possible to transfer this payment to another class.
In order to maintain the reputation of the healing school, certificates will be withheld if it is felt that a required standard of practice and care has not been met. In such circumstances students may wish to review the class (at a reduced fee) in order to reach the required standard.
