Meditation Class, The First Wednesday of the Month 7.30 – 9.00pm, Cost £3.50
There are numerous benefits of regular meditation and this class is designed to help you to find more balance and peace in your life and help you to heal yourself. The evening includes a blissful guided healing meditation from Di, plus the chance to do some distant healing work in a group setting. Friendly, informal and fun, come whenever you are free but please book in advance with Di 01947 893844.
Quantum Touch is a hands on healing method that has given me amazing results. In the words of one of my students: ‘The most powerful force of energy, love and gratefulness I have ever experienced in my life.’ No previous healing experience necessary. QT classes take place regularly in Sandsend, classes can be arranged elsewhere.
A blissfully relaxing, nurturing and healing treatment. Ideal for therapists trained in Reiki and massage, but actually open to anyone. The massage focuses on the back, neck, head, hands and feet and includes chakra and energy work, plus lots of love! Your clients will adore this treatment as this will be the most relaxing massage they have ever had!
Would you like to be able to give your friends and family a wonderful back massage? During this day you will learn the practicalities and theory of massage and be taught a fabulous back massage rountine. Pairing up with other students so you get to receive a back massage as well as offer one.
Learn how to massage the arms,hands, legs, shoulders, neck, head and face. This day, combined with the back massage day, will enable you to offer a blissful body massage to friends and family. You will of course get to receive a massage too.
If you have a ‘thing’ about Egypt you will find this workshop fascinating. The day consists of 25 attunements into archetypal energies of Ancient Egypt, based on the cards Egyptian Cartouche. Seichem Masters can also spend an extra hour for Cartouche Mastership at the end of the day – please enquire for details.
Indian Head Massage NON-Certified Class Time: 10.00 – 17.00 Cost £40
I pride myself on being able to do a fantastic Indian Head Massage! If you would like to learn how to do this blissful technique for your friends and family this is a perfect day for you. NB This is not a certified class, certified classes are on different dates. This is also an ideal refresher day for people with existing Indian Head Massage diplomas.

Regular meditation has many benefits, but many people struggle to find a way of meditating that suits them. During this day we will experience a variety of meditation techniques plus get chance to experience some of Di’s blissful visualisations.
Tapping Night Time: 19.30 – 21.00 Cost £3.50
The Emotional Freedom Technique is the best self-help tool that I know, you can be free from intense emotional, negative beliefs, phobias etc simply by tapping on meridian points. Holistic Therapy Taster Day Time: 10.00 –16.30 Cost £35
During this informative and relaxing day you will get the chance to give and receive Indian head Massage and Crystal healing, plus experience EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). This will be a perfect day to have some time out to de-stress, relax and rejuvenate plus of course learn some techniques that you can share with others.
Pamper and Relaxation Day Time: 10.00 –16.30 Cost £35
This day is a peaceful and relaxing day where you get the chance to work with crystals, give and receive Indian Head Massage and plus experience a foot pampering session. Open to all, why not bring a friend? Please bring a towel.
Stress Buster Day Time: 10.00 –16.30 Cost £35
This day is designed to bring you into balance and peace. Using a variety of healing techniques to reduce stress, you will feel brighter and relaxed. A day not to be missed for those of you who are busy, busy, busy, treat yourself to some time out.
Healing Share Day Time: 10.30 - 4.00 Cost £20
A day to give energy workers the chance to share treatments, meditate, enjoy meeting like-minded friends and perhaps even learn something new. Open to all interested in healing, come and have some time out for yourself. CPD certificate of attendance.

Retreat Day - A Space to Be Time: 10.30 - 4.30 Cost £15
A perfect day to have some time out with like-minded people. No set agenda other than an opening and closing meditation. Simply time to be together; play with crystals and cards, read books, swap therapies and stories and do whatever feels right. Come and spend a day with friends, have a walk in Sandsend or choose rocks from the beach. Price includes soup and a roll at lunch-time. This is a day to re-energize and re-connect, you deserve it! Living with Confidence Time 10.30 - 4.00 Cost £35
How would your life be different if you were confident? Would you like to find out? Through techniques of NLP, Theta Healing, EFT and energy work we will release any blockages to having wonderful confidence and self-esteem.
