Kids are very special to me, I had many special times in the classroom as a primary school teacher and Conrad and I are now blessed with our own two gorgeous kids.

I have been working with teenagers recently with anxiety problems, it is such a joy to see them release their fear and know that they can be empowered with simple techniques such as EFT. One of my dreams for the future is to set up a charity to bring healing work into schools, imagine seeing children help each other with healing hands and words.

I teach Reiki to children, usually in the summer holidays and it's always one of the highlights of my summer. Kids take on board the reiki teachings so beautifully and when they practice on each other my heart swells with joy - there is nothing as beautiful as a child acting like an angel!
