The first practical thing that is taught on the QT workshop is how to level mis-aligned hips.This is wonderful for me to watch as usually there are a few people on the class who have one side of the hips higher than the other, or even have a rotated pelvis. I often ask people who have done no previous energy work to place their hands on the hips and do the newly taught QT technique. Then I watch their faces as they check the level after just a few minutes. Jaws drop, eyes widen and looks of confusion and disbelief are given. Yes the hips are now level. It’s that simple! No manipulation, no years of study, just the simplicity of QT and two or three minutes of focus!

 

I also regularly see QT help out with spines that are not straight. These photos were taken on a workshop that I was teaching in Sweden. The photo on the left shows how the spine was curving at the beginning of the class, the second picture shows the same, now much straighter spine, at the end of the workshop.

In each class that I teach we see very visible signs of healing and this is very inspiring for the students, if you get these kind of results on your first weekend working with QT, it shows the potential for when you are even more experienced.
