Terms & Conditions

Please note the terms and conditions for classes or appointments with Di Wilson. The terms and conditions for all of the Gateway Workshop Classes are slightly different, if you are booking onto a Gateway class please see terms and conditions here.

Courses are secured by paying a deposit which is non-refundable but transferrable to other courses if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the commencement of the class. 
 
Cancellation from courses after 7 days before the class commencement will incur the full cost of the course being charged, however in genuine circumstances it may be possible to transfer this payment to another class. 

24 hours notice is required for cancellation of an individual appointment.  Notification must be by telephone or in person (please, no texts or emails). Failure to give 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
