Hi Di just wanted to let you know Helen experienced her first storm on Sunday evening after having EFT. She was visiting her dad without me, she told me her anxiety was under control and the words `Life is a adventure`and `You are safe` kept coming into her head. She arrived home calm and smiling. Hello DI, I just had to let you know how I really believe EFT is a life changer, last night Katie went out with her friends and is out with them again now down the beach. She even spent time seeing what outfit to put on and went for a short skirt, I can't believe it, she usually puts her jeans and t shirt on and this is the first time she has felt able to leave the house and be normal for over a year!!! She is happy, confident and feels able to get on with her life and wanting to get rid of her anorexia for good, it is amazing. We have just been to our family therapy session this morning and her councillor and doctor couldn't believe the change in her, smiling away in her short skirt. Also her potassium levels are up to normal, first time in months, so hopefully no more stays in hospital now.
