I had an amazing day being taught how to encompass the 5 A's energy system into everyday life. Looking forward to helping people to deal with issues the are struggling with. I arrived with little knowledge of this system but left with a working knowledge, understanding the benefits that can be gained. I recently completed The 5 Awakenings course with Di Wilson at The Healing Touch in Staintondale, Scarborough, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The course was beautifully delivered, informative, engaging, and deeply supportive. There were six of us attending, and we all thoroughly enjoyed both the learning experience and each other’s company. The atmosphere throughout the course was warm, welcoming, and professional. As a complementary therapist, I found the training incredibly valuable and inspiring. The 5 Awakenings course has given me new skills, deeper confidence, and another wonderful string to my bow within holistic and complementary therapy practice. Di Wilson is an outstanding teacher and healer. She immediately puts everyone at ease, and her teaching abilities are phenomenal. I have been learning from Di for the past 30 years both in person and more recently on line. i have always been impressed by her incredible knowledge, skills as a trainer, passion for life and for what she does. Her beautiful wise, grounded energy and her non judgemental approach to everything makes her training so unique and special. Earlier in the year we did a numerology session which was truly enlightening and enabled me to see my place in the world from such a different perspective. Ancestral Healing - the session was held beautifully by Di whose presence felt both grounded and deeply intuitive. The connection throughout was incredible, allowing me to fully relax, trust the process and receive on a profound level. The Magical Menopause Retreat day was such a lovely day. Connecting with beautiful women all with one goal, to help and guide each other through this journey and finding ways to cope with the changes that happen to us at this time of life. Di, Andrea and Becky are very knowledgeable and explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. It was a very informative day, but also very calming with lots of laughter and hugs. Looking forward to using some of the techniques we learnt and reading through the manual we were given. I am truly grateful to the beautiful ladies that shared their experiences and for all the help and advice, as I move through this time of my life. Thank you Di, Andrea and Becky for creating a safe space to talk all things menopause. It was such a beautiful day. The Magical Menopause Retreat felt a very special day. The opportunity to share our experiences and learn from Di, Becky and Andrea alongside each other, felt incredibly empowering. The energy throughout the day was incredibly kind and supportive and fun. I attended in person to complete the Quantum Breath - Level 2. I completed the first course of Level 1 on zoom, but I was thrilled to complete the course in the Healing Touch building, which is located in a beautiful part of Yorkshire, and also great views of the sea. I felt the vibrational energy of the room welcoming me as soon as I stepped into the room. Di's experience and dedication and enthusiasm were very evident. I have been working with healing energies in one form or another for 40 years, and I was delighted how much I learnt and can add to my tool box. This approach is flexible and creative. Doing the work on yourself increases your vibrational energy which in turn benefits the people you work with and also yourself. We were very priveldeged to observe Di working on someone. It was so beautiful and blocks/emotions were definately disolved. The person walked out a different person. Di is a very warm compassionate person, who lives what she teaches. I would highly recommend Di to others. Hoping to come up again next year. Thank you xx

I always love any treatments I have with Di. They are always so relaxing and personalised to what I want to work on physically and or spiritually and emotionally. Today my session was made even more relaxing by having a hydrotherm massage. It was like having a beautiful full body massage while floating on a cloud of the warm water bed. It was so relaxing and nurturing and really helped with the back pain I have been experiencing lately and relieving tension in my body. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back and float on a cloud with Di again soon. Thank you Di xxx

Just finished the Quantum Breath Energy Healing Level one-Online class with Di Wilson. I really enjoyed the class and have learn't so much about new and different ways to work with energy. Di is a great tutor, very knowledgeable, understanding and patient, she makes the whole experience a 'fun' one whilst teaching. The other course members were so lovely too. I met Di in May last year when I completed my Indian Head Massage course with her at her beautiful chapel. Since then I have completed Hot & Cold Stones massage, Crystal Healing & Chakra Balancing and most recently completed my Reiki 1st Degree. I love working with Di she is amazing at what she does. I am a member of Di's Living Magically Membership group, which is an amazing space to be in with lots of like minded ladies always there to listen and encourage. I will defiantly be continuing this next year. I have also just completed the Remembering Your Light Challenge for the 4th time. If you are wondering should I give it a go??Just do it, I promise you wont regret it. You will finish the week feeling great and take away some amazing tools that you can use daily to keep you on the right track and shining bright. Also pick up a few friends along the way. I went to Di on 6/9/22 to be trained in crystals healing and character balancing. what a lovely lady Di is, so down to earth, full of love and light. I had an amazing treatment from Di yesterday. It truly is a holistic service you receive when booking a treatment with Di as she has such a wealth of knowledge and experience in so many modalities. She can create a truly bespoke package that is based on your individual problems. I highly recommend the hot stones massage,my first experience of this type of massage and it is wonderful. I have also attended several courses in the past too, so if you are also considering joining one,you will not be disappointed and you will learn so much. Catherine

Staintondale is between Whitby and Scarborough, a rural village close to Ravenscar. If you are coming via public transport you can get a train, bus or coach to Scarborough, then a taxi to Staintondale. If you are driving to us it’s a very scenic drive, watch out for deer!
