I hope you are having a special summer, I have been enjoying lots of special family time which included travelling to Scotland for a couple of weeks.

When in Scotland we went to see the dolphins in the Moray Firth, it was so special to watch them fishing, some of them even gave us a jumping show. As you can see from the picture a gathering of people were there to see the dolphins, the crowd made the right ‘oohs and ahhh’ as occasionally a dolphin did a back-flip or jump. Our family wondered if the dolphins knew that they were being watched and admired, I like to think they did and simply got on with what they do best anyway, fishing, playing and being a dolphin!  Maybe we can learn from this, to simply get on with what we do best without worrying about the opinions of others, to allow ourselves to be who we are, regardless of who is watching. I’m a big believer in helping people to shine their light, why hide it? These dolphins certainly seemed to be celebrating their very essence and the crowd loved it. Let’s do the same; I encourage you to celebrate all that you are, love your life and enjoy each precious moment. In fact shine bright like a dolphin 🙂
